Q: What are the causes of insulation breakdown and poor withstand voltage of high-frequency isolation transformers?

A: If the design's insulation strength is insufficient, TEX wire and FIW wire with higher voltage withstand capability can be used.

During design, apply insulating tape and sleeving on both sides of the winding.

The winding process damages the insulation layer of the copper wire, resulting in insufficient dielectric strength.
