Product Introduction
High power high frequency transformers serve as the core electromagnetic components in high-power switching power supplies, new energy inverters, and power conversion equipment. The magnetic core is manufactured from manganese-zinc ferrite material, typically PC95, PC96, or higher grades. Compared with traditional line-frequency transformers, it offers miniaturization, lightweight construction, and ultra-high efficiency, as well as greater design flexibility.

Product Features
High operating frequency and high power density, enabling a more compact product structure.
Most designs adopt Litz wire or copper foil winding structures, resulting in a lower-profile design that minimizes product dimensions while maintaining the required power capacity.
Low leakage inductance and high dielectric strength are incorporated into the product design.
Compatible with high-power topologies, such as LLC, full-bridge, half-bridge and inverter circuits.

FAQ
Q: What is the difference between a high-power high-frequency transformer and an ordinary transformer?
A: High-power high-frequency transformers operate at high frequencies with low core loss and feature a bidirectional magnetization design. They achieve high power density, a more compact size, and higher efficiency. These transformers are well-suited for high-power topologies such as full-bridge, half-bridge, and LLC circuits, and are capable of sustained full-load operation. The design is further optimized to be low-profile (flattened). In contrast, conventional transformers utilize PIN pins, which impose structural design constraints and fail to meet high-power requirements.
