Product Introduction
A circular transformer, also referred to as a round transformer, features a core continuously wound from grain-oriented silicon steel strip, characterized by the absence of seams, splices, or air gaps. The winding structure is straightforward and compact, primarily facilitating voltage conversion and galvanic isolation. Depending on the specific application domain and operating frequency, two additional types of toroidal transformers are available: amorphous alloy type and manganese-zinc ferrite type.

Product Features
Round transformers can be classified into three core types based on different application fields and operating frequencies.
1. Amorphous core toroidal transformer – Wound seamlessly with an amorphous alloy core. Compared to conventional silicon steel toroidal transformers, it offers superior magnetic performance and lower losses. Typically used in welding machines.
2. Ferrite toroidal transformer – Uses a ferrite toroidal core as the magnetic core, featuring high permeability, low high-frequency losses, a closed magnetic circuit, and extremely low leakage flux. Specifically designed for high-frequency applications. Core material: PC40.
3. The silicon steel-based toroidal transformer is manufactured by continuous seamless winding of grain-oriented silicon steel strips, exhibiting a nominal operating frequency of 50 Hz.
