Automotive inductors are essential core electronic components specially developed and designed for new energy vehicles and electric vehicle charging pile systems. These inductors are wound with high-temperature resistant Litz wire and adopt an advanced bobbin‑less structural design. Meanwhile, their magnetic cores are manufactured with high-performance low-loss ferrite materials such as PC95 and PC96, which effectively reduce power consumption and heat generation during long-term operation.

They are widely applied to realize energy storage, noise filtering and voltage boosting functions in automotive internal circuits. In accordance with diverse circuit topology design requirements of vehicle electronic systems, a variety of conventional component types can be adopted for automotive inductor solutions, including PQ type inductors, common mode inductors, differential mode inductors, and current transformers, all of which are perfectly suitable for automotive electronic application scenarios.

Product Features

 

Automotive inductors are designed to operate over a wide temperature range, typically from -40°C to +125°C, with the capability to withstand even more extreme automotive-grade temperature variations. The cores are fabricated using low-loss magnetic materials such as PC95, PC96 or PC97, which significantly minimize core losses and reduce temperature rise under high-current conditions. Furthermore, the wireless frame construction enables a low-profile design and a more compact mechanical structure.
