Q: What should be noted in the design of low-voltage track lighting transformers?

A: A sufficient power margin shall be reserved during design; the rated power shall not be exactly matched. Generally, it should be 1.2 times the rated power (to avoid full-load operation of the transformer, which may cause unstable lighting, power failure or potential hazards).

For harsh working environments, epoxy resin potting and encapsulation can be adopted to improve the stability and service life of the transformer.
